Group Therapy

Group therapy is a great way to address your emotional health alongside individuals who are facing similar concerns. I offer online group therapeutic spaces in the following co-facilitated formats:

  • Support groups: Helping individuals cope with significant life changes (e.g. grief, loss), medical conditions (e.g. chronic pain), or where members of a shared identity may benefit (e.g. students or young adults, corporate leaders).
  • Psychoeducational groups: Focusing on educating members on various aspects of their emotional health and developing relevant coping strategies. For e.g. stress management, anxiety, phobias, mood concerns, depression, etc.
  • Interpersonal process groups: Encouraging members to reflect on their reactions in relation to each other, with the aim of gaining insight into and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
